KITRA Industries supplies precision armatures for a wide range of DC and specialized electric motor applications. Through our network of qualified manufacturing partners, we can develop and supply armatures according to customer drawings, electrical specifications and application requirements.
From armature core and winding to commutator assembly, insulation, impregnation and balancing, KITRA can coordinate the complete supply of finished armatures ready for integration into the customer's motor assembly line.
Winding & Assembly
Armatures can be supplied with different winding configurations, including Lap and Wave Windings, with precision commutator connections and the required insulation and impregnation processes. Designs can be developed for different motor sizes, performance requirements and operating conditions.
Materials & Safety Standards
We can supply armatures using insulation systems, winding materials, wires, resins and other components specified to meet applicable international safety and performance standards, including UL-recognized materials where required. Material selection can be tailored to the customer's required temperature class, insulation system, voltage and application-specific safety requirements.
Precision & Balancing
Our armature solutions include commutator machining, resin impregnation and dynamic balancing through qualified manufacturing partners. Balancing can be carried out to the required grade according to the motor application and customer specifications.
Applications
KITRA armatures can be supplied for power tools, automotive starters, industrial motors, medical equipment, aerospace and defence applications, as well as other specialized motor applications.
